Transform the way you live

About Me: About Me

Helping you move forward

Together, we’ll work towards a more grounded, aligned, and authentic you.

As an experienced body-based holistic counsellor based in Tauranga, New Zealand, I’ll help you gain more awareness of your own beliefs, thoughts, feelings, and triggers. With this insight and understanding, as well as tried-and-true holistic techniques, you’ll find relief and calm in the storm.

As a mother of three with more than a decade of holistic counselling, community support, and facilitation up my sleeve, I bring a wealth of experience and a warm approach that supports people to empower themselves and their families.

How can I help?

With a gentle, professional approach in a safe and non-judgmental space in Welcome Bay, Tauranga, you’ll have the opportunity to open up, be heard, and feel inspired to make changes to the way you live. I’ve had my fair share of personal challenges and understand what it takes to work through them and become the ‘captain’ of your life.

By working with the breath, art therapy, meditation, mindfulness, sound, gesture, and family systems, I’ll help you transform emotions like anger, sadness, grief and loss, fear, addictions, anxiety, depression, stress, and negative family patterns or systems.

About Me: About

A diverse, challenging, and fulfilling career

From working at a risk youth centre, supporting high schoolers with special needs, teaching art therapy, training in emotional literacy, nannying around the world, and facilitating multiple workshops to support communities through holistic counselling, it’s fair to say my background is diverse and fulfilling.

And I’ve loved every minute of it because it’s taken me to where I am today; helping parents empower themselves and their children to identify and manage their emotions, find what lights them up, and live a life they love.
